On May 11, City Planning held a community meeting to get feedback on the Official Plan Amendment application for 17 and 19 Henning Ave. The applicant would like to see the inclusion of these properties in the rezoning application currently under review for a 24-storey mixed use building. The community made their opposition to this proposal very clear. I support the position of the community and look forward to seeing the City Planning report for the revised application.
